Indeed, the regulator have advised formally that they would not be prepared to support enforcement actions from any other local authority inspector which challenges the adequacy of the Anatomical Manual Handling Risk Assessment, the Essential 4 Principles and the TRACA® (Training Risk Assessment Corrective Action).
