Celebrating 25 Years of Pristine Condition

In 2021, Pristine Condition marked a major milestone: 25 years of delivering world-class manual handling training.

Founded in 1996 by former Olympic conditioning expert Davy Snowdon MBE, our journey began in a garden shed with a simple mission — to change how manual handling was taught. Drawing from Olympic weightlifting principles and decades of biomechanical knowledge, we developed the Pristine Principles: a proven system that reduces risk, improves technique, and drives real behavioural change.

Like many businesses, we faced uncertainty during the Covid-19 pandemic. But instead of standing still, we adapted. We supported clients remotely — including the NHS and food banks — and used the time to sharpen our offering. We emerged stronger, leaner, and more focused than ever.

Today, we’re trusted by global brands across every sector, with a presence in the UK, Europe, and the US. Our training is Primary Authority Approved, endorsed by the Secretary of State, and recommended by leading insurance providers. And while the business has grown, our focus remains the same: to deliver training that’s fun, engaging, and memorable — with a measurable impact on safety and well-being.
