I was pleased to engage Pristine Condition at the Documents Centres in Livingston and Shepshed. Whilst we were managing our manual handling accidents we recognised there was a requirement to provide a best practice that would deliver results. In the past the training has been unrealistic and not something that could be adapted to our work place.
We have been working with Pristine Condition since May 2008 and are very pleased that we still have not had any manual handling accidents or injuries since the training.
The training is very engaging and hands on, and the feedback from staff has been very positive. They have really taken onboard the principles and the process that Pristine have introduced. This has lead to a change in mindset and the results are the proof.
The trainers we had were both experts in manual handling and whilst staff would arrive thinking "Oh no, not manual handling" within a few minutes as you sat in the room you could see how interested they became and all questions were answered in a way that related to their personnel needs.
Pristine Condition provide continued back up and support. The processes they have helped to put in place ensure that the investment is continued. The staff have carried on using the correct techniques, constantly being coached and corrected using their TRACA tool. In addition they have provided consultancy on ergonomic issues, accident investigations, additional DVD footage for hearing impaired, and their response to issues has been provided at no or minimal cost.
I would welcome you to see for yourselves just what a difference Pristine Condition has made. I would strongly recommend any company to buy into Pristine Condition's formula it fulfils all your requirements re. manual handling.
