Hi, I work for Next and one of your staff is currently putting us through your Manual Handling Course. I found this course very informative, and found that afterwards I have changed the way in which I work. I find that now my back doesn't ache anymore and I am generally more comfortable in the workplace.
The instructor that we had was called Barry (Baz) he made the course fun, and didn't treat anyone like they were an idiot.
